Per-Lead Pricing (separate from listing)

The fee is identical for every clinic and does not vary with patient, condition, or visit revenue. This is structured to comply with federal Anti-Kickback Statute safe-harbor provisions for non-recommending internet directories. You can opt out of paid lead forwarding at any time and keep the free listing.

Is the free listing really free?

Yes. No credit card, no contract, no surprise upgrade. Free clinics receive forwarded patient inquiries at the same $15 per-lead rate as featured clinics — but you can opt out of paid lead forwarding entirely if you'd rather just have the listing.

What does Featured actually do?

Featured clinics appear in a "Featured" section above the algorithmic results on your city page, get a Featured badge on their card, and have priority in lead routing when multiple clinics could match a patient's request. It's paid sponsorship — clearly disclosed under our methodology.

How do I get patient inquiries?

When a patient submits a contact form on your clinic page or city page, we forward the inquiry directly to the email address on file for your clinic. We bill $15 per qualified inquiry monthly. You can dispute an inquiry if it's spam or wrong-number.

What if I see incorrect information about my clinic?

Email corrections@quickcarefinder.org with the corrections. If you've claimed your listing, you can update most details yourself. Even before claiming, we typically correct verified errors within 72 hours.
